How can I cancel & delete my account?

A quick guide on how to cancel your AdCreative.ai account.

If you'd like to cancel your AdCreative.ai account, follow these steps:

  1. Click here or go to the Settings menu on the left-hand side of the app.

  2. In the Account tab, scroll to the bottom and click the Cancel My Subscription button. A pop-up page will appear.

Please fill out the form explaining why you’d like to cancel your account. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve our service.

After filling out the form, please type 'CONFIRM' to verify that the person canceling the account is a real user and not a bot.

Important Information About Cancellation

  • Once you click the 'Proceed with Cancellation' button, your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation.

  • If you are in a trial period, your account will automatically cancel at the end of the trial.

  • If you have a paid subscription and don’t wish to renew, your account will be scheduled for cancellation once your current billing period ends.

  • For immediate cancellation, please contact our support team.
