How To Take A Screenshot On Mac/Windows.

Here is a guide on how to take screenshots on Macs and Windows PCs to easily share them with AdCreative's support team

Steps:

  1. Take a Screenshot on Mac:

    • Press Shift + Option + 4.

    • Drag your mouse over the area you want to capture and release. The screenshot will be saved to your desktop.

  2. Take a Screenshot on Windows:

    • Press Windows key + Shift + S.

    • Drag your mouse over the selected area and release. The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard or saved to your designated folder.

  3. Share with Support:

    • Upload the screenshot in the Support Chat to share it with AdCreative.ai's support team.
